Connect your software without rebuilding everything
Hook into ERP, CRM, accounting, or other software you already rely on, without rebuilding everything from scratch.
Data that moves automatically, alerts at the right time, and less double entry, so your tools feel like one system.
Do your tools live side by side today? A custom integration is often a smaller job than a new system, and it solves the double typing right away.
What you get
Connected to your existing systems
We hook into what’s already running: ERP, CRM, accounting, or your own software. You keep the tools you know.
Data automatically in sync
Enter it once, correct everywhere. No copying between systems and no lists drifting apart.
Reliable and traceable
Error handling and logging are part of the job: if something goes wrong, you see it and know where.
Documentation for later
An integration should still make sense a year from now. We document what runs and why.
How we approach this
We start with an inventory: which systems are there, which data needs to go where, and what’s possible through existing interfaces. Then we build the integration step by step and test with real data.
If a system can’t be connected cleanly, we say so honestly, including what the alternatives are.
Frequently asked questions
- Which systems can you connect to?
- That varies per package. Much software offers an interface (API) these days; during the intro call we look at what your systems support and what’s realistic.
- What does a custom integration cost?
- It depends on the number of systems, the direction of the data flows, and how well the systems connect. After an intro call you get an estimate per integration.
- Will the integration keep working when a system changes?
- Systems change, so integrations need occasional maintenance. We build so that adjustments stay small, and agree at delivery on how we follow up.
- Do we have to replace our current software?
- No, that’s the whole point: we hook into what you already use. Only if your current software really can’t keep up do we discuss alternatives.
